Andrea Steinert

Andrea is president and founder of Transatlantic Female Forum (TFF) and lecturer in the field of business & media at various universities.

In addition, she is a certified systemic coach and advises companies on diversity management.

She began her career as a trained hotel manager and business economist at Feinkost Käfer GmbH in Munich, where she was not only involved in event management but was also responsible for the start-up of Käfer with the Mitsukoshi department store group in Tokyo, Japan.

Further professional stations were allkauf Tjaereborg Reisen and the Veltins Brewery, where she held management positions.

This was followed by a four-year stay abroad with her family in Pretoria, South Africa. After her return she was managing director of the political think tank Innovativkreis NRW liberal for 10 years before she became director of the Amerika Haus.

She currently works as a lecturer at the IUBH in Bad Honnef and Cologne, the Hochschule Fresenius in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wiesbaden and the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach. At EBS European Business School she is member of the freelance Coaching Team.
